COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL ROOFING SERVICES IN DENVER, HIGHLANDS RANCH & SURROUNDING AREAS

Johnson Construction can handle all residential roofing projects, from repairs demanded by severe weather damage to the replacement of an entire roof that is past its useful life.
You can contact Johnson’s for a free no-obligation inspection. Johnson Construction inspector will look at the roof surface as well as the areas not visible from the ground. If the roofing job is covered by insurance, the inspector can be at the home when the insurance adjuster is present to protect the homeowner's interests in seeing that his or her roof is restored to its proper condition.

  • Johnson’s can aid in assisting the customers decision between repair and replacement. At some point, the accumulating costs of constant repairs may make replacement the cheaper option.

The inspector will look at the entire roofing system. This includes roof ventilation, roof windows, skylights, soffit, fascia and the water removal system.

  • If the roof is being replaced, the homeowner will need to choose the type of roofing material. Johnson Construction installs roofing of all types, including asphalt shingles, slate, wood shake, clay tile, PVC and metal. Our knowledgable professionals can give homeowners the pros and cons of each type of material as well as the range of styles and prices.

Before the roofing project begins, the project manager will explain the work that is going to be done and answer any questions the customer may have. Crews will remove and dispose of old roofing materials, keeping the yard clean and free from debris and nails during the project.
For most residential roofing projects, the work will be completed in one or two days. When the work is done, the crew will perform a final cleanup of the yard. The project manager and an operations manager will survey the completed work to ensure that the job was done right and that the customer is satisfied. A new roof can improve a home's visual appeal and help to retain its resale value!
